about the author

Hi, my name is Matthew Anslow. I’m married to Ashlee, and we have three young children. We grew up in Sydney, Australia, but now live at Milk and Honey Farm on the edge of the Blue Mountains and the Central West in NSW (two hours west of Sydney).

Throughout my life, I’ve worked in pastoral ministry, the aid and development sector, church-based community development, community gardening, and refugee advocacy/activism. Most recently I’ve worked as a theological lecturer. I earned my PhD (Theology) in 2017. In my spare time, I dabble as a muso, and am an avid hobby board gamer.

Life.remixed (this blog) doesn’t really operate anymore, but I’ve left the articles available for anyone who’s interested. In truth, I disagree with plenty that I’ve written here. Put it down to learning and changing one’s mind, I guess. As I’ve always said about this blog: I don’t have all the answers, or even many of them, but I think I ask okay questions.
